These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the Hexadan mobile application ("the Application") provided by Raul Silva ("the Developer"). By downloading, installing, or using the Application, the user agrees to these Terms in full. If the user does not agree to these Terms, they should not use the Application.
Use of the Application: The Application is a game with hexagons. The user may only use the Application for personal and non-commercial entertainment purposes.
User Registration: User registration is not required in this version of the Application. The Application will generate a generic identifier for each user.
Minimum Age: There is no minimum age required to use the Application.
Intellectual Property: The Developer owns all intellectual property rights to the Application and its content.
User Conduct: The user agrees not to use the Application to post inappropriate information or use offensive language. Any form of harassment, intimidation, or fraudulent behavior is prohibited.
In-App Purchases: The Application may include in-app purchases, which will be handled by the corresponding app store infrastructure (e.g., Apple's App Store). The user is responsible for any costs incurred by these purchases.
Advertising: The Application may include advertising. If the user decides not to make in-app purchases and wishes to play a free game, it will be necessary to view third-party advertisements. The user agrees that viewing advertising is part of using the Application.
Privacy and Data Security: User data privacy and security will be handled by the corresponding app store infrastructure (e.g., Apple's App Store). The Developer will not collect or store any personal information of the user.
Developer Liability: The Developer will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Application. The user uses the Application at their own risk.
Updates and Changes to the Terms: The Developer reserves the right to make changes to these Terms at any time without prior notice. The user is encouraged to periodically review the Terms to stay informed of any updates.
These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the user and the Developer regarding the use of the Application, and supersede any prior or contemporaneous agreements, whether oral or written.
